We would love to introduce you to our charming bungalow in the Sol Park residential area, located in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja.
Sol Park is a quiet urbanisation, perfect for children. It has 2 large communal swimming pools, a children's pool and a jacuzzi.
The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with two single beds and the last one with a single bed. The kitchen is American-style, which connects to the spacious living room. In the living room, we find the front door that leads to the garden, which has a table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.
At 3 minutes walking, there is the Mercadona supermarket, the pharmacy, the bus stop, the petrol station and cafés. At 10 minutes by car, there is the Habaneras shopping centre, the bowling alley, the cinema and a wide variety of restaurants.
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, barbecue, internet access (wifi), balcony, air conditioning, 1 Television.
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen and coffee maker.
