We would love to welcome you to our magnificent bungalow in the Sol Park residential complex, located in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja.
Sol Park is a newly constructed urbanisation, with high and low bungalows in a modern style. It is peaceful, suitable for children and for relaxing during your holidays. It has two large communal swimming pools, a children's pool and a jacuzzi.
Within a 3-minute walk, you can find the Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, petrol station and cafés. The Habaneras shopping centre, bowling alley, cinema and variety of restaurants are 10 minutes away by car.
The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second with two single beds. The kitchen is American-style, connecting to the living room. Next to the living room, we find the terrace, which has stairs leading to a large solarium equipped with everything necessary to enjoy fantastic outdoor meals or dinners.
